![]() The only downside to all this is that I may not use Julian’s services ever again because he’s helped me get into what will probably be the last home I’ll ever buy. Julian was available at all hours to answer my questions of “what does that mean?” or “what do we do next?” Even when he had a family emergency that took him out of the office he made sure that I had his personal contact info “just in case” I had a question. ![]() Heck, when our house didn’t pass inspection Julian even found me the repair kit I’d need at a local hardware store to do the fix I bought it, made the repair, and our inspection went through the next day. Need an expert to ask questions about taxes? He’s got one of those lined up too, that is- unless he already knows the answer which is most likely. No realtor? He’s got an escrow/title company lined up to help with paperwork. This time we were doing an off-market purchase of the home we’d been renting for four years, a bit of a curve ball to say the least, but it didn’t faze Julian in the slightest. Two years ago we had a fairly standard refinance on a rental property and Julian navigated us through the labyrinthine process of home disclosures with ease. Having just completed our second transaction with Julian and First Cal we could not be happier with his professionalism, his courtesy, and his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that all our questions are answered and all our concerns (if you could call them that after Julian gets ahold of them) addressed. ![]() If ever you find yourself in need of expert advice with a home loan, I hope you’re able to get Julian Verdugo in your corner.
